We have been pleasantly surprised to find that the potential savings that we were promised at the beginning of the relationship have not only been realised but exceeded. This is surely a rarity in the telecommunications business, especially as the savings on our mobile bill have been in the order of 40% to 50% In addition to this the VPN recommended has drastically reduced our landline bill where calls to mobiles were an ever increasing component. We now pay approximately 50% of what we were paying previously for calls to mobiles. Pricing on handsets is also much more competitive than the levels of pricing we previously had access to. All in all the cost savings we are experiencing are tremendous and the levels of service excellent. |
